Halo DLC is now free on the Xbox Store

Microsoft announced the Halo Summer Celebration, which includes Halo 3, Halo 4 and Halo CE Anniversary Edition for Backward Compatibility. Additionally, they are coming up with a 4K update for Halo 5: Guardians.

The other part of the Halo Summer Celebration is that Microsoft is giving away all Halo DLC for free on the Xbox Store including maps and map packs such as Halo: Reach Anniversary Map Pack and Halo 4 War Games Map Pass.

Now that, all Halo add-on packs are free, fans of the Xbox exclusive franchise can play  all their favorite maps which can keep them busy until Microsoft announces news for Halo 6.
